mango cooler with cayenne

mango cooler

1 1/2 cup crushed ripe mango
1 cup club soda
1 cup white wine
2-4 tbsp lemon juice
sugar for rimming the glasses
cayenne for garnish

Rim glasses with fine white sugar. Strain the muddled mango into a pitcher (I added a spoonful of flesh for texture). Add the rest of the ingredients (except club soda), mix then pour into prepared collins (if you have one). Garnish with a dash of cayenne.

      Thank you. It is (although it needs a little improving) better specially if shared with friends on a late afternoon.
